2. Instead of writing exercises on your phone or on the notes app you can download an app like heavy and strong.

It allow you to track your exercises reps sets, footsteps, etc. and save it all there for you can track your progress. You don't need your phone for this.

3. Your Apple watch has pre installed feature called camera remote it allow you to access camera, so whatever your phone record you can see directly on your Apple watch.

4. From this you can record your exercises and can share on social media.
